Description

Patient has been complaining of epigastric supraumbilical pain for the past 2 months and had noted periumbilical subcutaneous palpable lump. Yesterday and today pain has gotten significantly worse, patient was sent to Radiology Office for abdominal CAT scan which showed incarcerated possibly strangulated hernia. Immediately patient was sent to emergency room for further surgical evaluation for treatment. Found to be PCR Positive
